Wow, what a long unannounced hiatus!
when you think about it (real, real hard), It’s aaaaaalmost been a whole year! Sick.
Well, since August of ‘07, I have…
- Started my last year of high school
- Decided that I’m not going to college this fall
- Seen Mos Def, Common, Alicia Keys, Little Brother and Lil’ Wayne in concert
- Won three contests
- Cried
- Laughed
- Been to London for a week
- Been to the Canary Islands
- Worked
- Met a lot of new people
- Fallen in love with frappuccino
There probably is more, but to be honest - I don’t really remember. It’s been waaaaay too long. Anyway, I’ll try and keep up with Speakerboxx once in a while - not once or twice a year. I know I’m always saying that, but hey… Deal.
I’m not sure what I think about this layout. I was listening to De La Soul’s “Stakes Is High” album when I did it - hence the oldschool-ness of it. My creative streak has been out pretty much since the last time I updated the layout on Speakerboxx, so. It’s like I’d sit down and make something…and every single time, it was SHIT. Bleh. I hate when that happens.
Allright, I’m gonna leave and do chores/revise for my history test tomorrow. Peace out, beautiful people!
