I just baked a cake. Can you believe it? A whole cake! It’s in the oven now, should be done in like..20 minuites. Yummy. It’s “marblecake”, I think. I mean, I think that’s the English name for it..hehe. It’s a damn good cake, anyway. I hope it turns out. My cake baking skills are equivelant to a chimps. Well, bright side: At least I get cake at school tomorrow! Do you get cake at your school every Friday? Huh? HUH? Didn’t think so!

Last day of August today. Scary how time goes by so fast, isn’t it? Amazing. On one hand it’s a little closer to me finally being 18, on the other hand it’s a little closer to me finally being 18..lol. I so don’t want to grow up. And I don’t wanna die either..lol. Haha. Why the fuck am I so glum today? I’m scaring myself..

Other than me baking and my new-found fear of getting older, nothing much has really been going on. I’m starting to adjust to school, even though weve got project after project after project.. But my nerdyness is still kicking, so I’m trying to do my best and get everything done fast and on time.

Well, I should do look after my cake. I don’t want to burn the house down.

So, I changed it up…again. Got bored of the previous layout, it amused me no longer…lol. So, bye bye Sufjan, hello Lily! Man, I love her. Listen to her CD ‘Alright, Still‘ 24/7. Got to actually buy it yesterday! Whoopie. Bought that, along with Jack Johnson - ‘In Between Dreams‘ and Nelly Furtado - ‘Loose‘. Aw yeh, it felt good buying those. Seems like forever since I last bought any albums at all.. And I have a long wishlist, so..

Other than shopping on Saturday, I spent the rest of the day at Therese and Birgitte’s house. Had a blast! Wuw you guys, mucho mucho.

Little Brother - The Becoming

Whoopie, first day of school today. Was pretty good, it was nice to see everyone again - even though I didn’t really talk to…everybody. Meh. This year is going to be jam packed with work, work, work. Not cool. We have like 3-4 major projects going on, it’s going to be so stressfull. I though last year was tight enough… Bleh. But in one way, I’m looking forward to it, because I know that this is what I want to do. I know what I want to become, I know what kind of job I want - and all this work is definitely going to prepare me for what’s in store. I’m so going to be the biggest nerd this year, cause I really want to do well. At least better than last year. Wasn’t happy with all my grades, so I’m shooting for the stars, people!

Downside; I have to buy some new books. Thank God there are only two new books this year, but man are they expensive! I’m as broke as the next guy. *sigh* And since my scholarship hasn’t come yet (last year I didn’t get money until October! ), I have to dip into my studentloan. My mom is not going to be happy about that, but I have to. I guess I’ll pay it back with some of my scholarship, but that means…less scholarship. And that little bit of money is like..all I have! Haha, oh well
