Apart from danceclass, I started school again today. Had a break last week, which was so good. I did absolutely NOTHING. Well, eh, I did go out to eat with my LOVER (haha) and we went to the movies and saw Slumdog Millionaire, but apart from that, I basically slept, ate, slept, went pee-pee, took a dump, slept – REPEAT. Mmmm, now that’s the life, huh?

Speaking of Slumdog Millionaire – congrats on the OSCARRRZZ!! It won 8 little gold men, including best direction (Danny Boyle is a genius) and best picture. Definitely a movie worth seeing, both me and Tormod lurved it!

So, I went to Scotland. Me and roughly 30 other kids. We left on Saturday, came home on Thursday and got Friday off. During that period of time I managed to:

• Visit two colleges: Napiar University and Glasgow School of Arts
• Spend 5000 kroner on clothes, food etc.
• Watch people eat HAGGIS (pig insides, yummmmmy)
• Ruin my mom’s camera
• Become even mo re confused about what I’m going to do with my life
• HAVE LOADS OF FUN!!!

We stayed in Edinburgh, which hands down one of the nicest places I’ve been. It’s just so…nice, you know? The people are awesome and polite. I love, love, love it there! Everything from the people to the architechture is fantastic. I’m thinking about studying there in the future, actually. So.. We’ll see how that goes. On Monday we traveled to Glasgow (1 hour by train) and visited Glasgow School of Arts. Except from being really stuffy, it was a pretty cool school. I really liked it. What sucked about Glasgow was that the shops close at 6pm. SIX-PEE-EM!! That’s waaaaay too early and I didn’t get to shop anything but a pair of jeans (that are AWESOME btw).

I shopped A LOT. A little too much, I might say.. I bought two pairs of shoes (1 pair of black and white leather chucks and 1 pair of blue and gray Nike Air Max’), a pair of jeans, 4 sweaters, 1 cardigan and some other small stuff.. All and all I really, really enjoyed myself and it honestly couldn’t have been better!

Right now I’m sick and tired of my job at Burger King. I hardly get any hours and that sucks. My boss is nice, but he’s so fucking greedy. I could’ve gotten a job at this record store downtown, but the interview (written test) was the same day I came back from Scotland so I missed it. WHOOPIE!

Apart from my job woes, I’m doing fine. I’ve decided to blog more, for one.. Haha. We’ll see how that goes. Plus I’ve been watching a lot og Grey’s, AMERICAN IDOL and 24. American Idol is really pissing me off now. Sanjayanhiogwshoiwehgoiwe or whatever his name is should’ve been voted out 2 years ago (ehm..)! I hate Howard Stern and I hate the good ol’ folks at www.votefortheworst.com. They’re shitting on the whole compettition! Argh. Oh, btw: I’ve signed up for Idol here in Norway. LMAO. I can’t wait.

It’s been a month since last time, but I’m finally back in business. Don’t really know what happened, I think it’s the layout block that had me buggin’. Didn’t feel like updating until I had that down. So now I managed to get some inspiration from God knows where, and voìla; new layout! I know I’ve done a Pharrell layout before, but Jesus. I can never get enough of Skateboard P! Plus: I’ve been making some icons, go check ‘em out!

I’ve got a job, btw. Can’t rememer if I mentioned it in my last post, but what ever. I got a job! Not the most giving job in the world and definitely not my first choice, but hey! money is money and I haven’t been swimming in it or whiping my ass with it lately. Only downside about the J.O.B. is the smell you get all over your hands when you’re done (haha, I work at Burger King, k?). It’s awful, I haven’t ate a burger since I got hired. Ugh!

Life is pretty good, yeah – thanks for asking. Ehm.. School’s going great; all we’ve done lately is paint. Haha, it brings me back to kindergarden days. Ahhh. How awesome was life then, though? I mean, really.

Whoopie, first day of school today. Was pretty good, it was nice to see everyone again – even though I didn’t really talk to…everybody. Meh. This year is going to be jam packed with work, work, work. Not cool. We have like 3-4 major projects going on, it’s going to be so stressfull. I though last year was tight enough… Bleh. But in one way, I’m looking forward to it, because I know that this is what I want to do. I know what I want to become, I know what kind of job I want – and all this work is definitely going to prepare me for what’s in store. I’m so going to be the biggest nerd this year, cause I really want to do well. At least better than last year. Wasn’t happy with all my grades, so I’m shooting for the stars, people!

Downside; I have to buy some new books. Thank God there are only two new books this year, but man are they expensive! I’m as broke as the next guy. *sigh* And since my scholarship hasn’t come yet (last year I didn’t get money until October! ), I have to dip into my studentloan. My mom is not going to be happy about that, but I have to. I guess I’ll pay it back with some of my scholarship, but that means…less scholarship. And that little bit of money is like..all I have! Haha, oh well

Crapso, it’s been about a week since I left ya, baby! Sorry for the delay, I just haven’t felt like blogging lately, espacially without having a new layout ready for your enjoyment. Well, voìla! Finally made one just now – after having my first layoutblock. I started making random layouts with Adam Brody like two weeks ago, but they all turned out looking like shit and I got frustrated and had to quit Photoshop for a little bit. For me, quitting Photoshop is like loosing a best friend..lol. KIDDING! Anyway. Was surfing this fashion livejournal thingy, and found the most beautiful fashion spread I’ve ever seen. Since last time I haven’t done anything too exciting. I had my oral exam fo’ real last week. To put it gently: It went to hell. It was shit, and I almost cried when it was over. I was kind of in awe about how it went. I’m glad it’s over and done with, though. Woo, I’m feeling great, people! Yessir! Erm. Other than that, I’ve been off school some more. Hah! I’ve been hit with footballfever! I’m talkin’ REAL football you play with your feet. You may know it as soccer? Hah. Been watching matches almost everyday since the FIFA World Cup started 2 days ago, I’m so hyped! I even wrote down a little TV-guide for myself, so I don’t forget any of the matches..lol. I watched Angola vs. Portugal earlier today; 0-1 to Portugal! Paulenta scored just 4 minutes into the game, it was grrrreat! Too bad they played shit the rest of the game, though. Angola isn’t that good of a team, so they should’ve scored every 4 minutes, but… Oh well! It was nice seeing Figo again, I love that man. He might be old, but he runs like a GOD..lol. I love seeing him run with that ball, man. *le sigh* :blush:

On Saturday me and two friends of mine celebrated our birthdays together! We all have our birthdays during the summer holiday, and most people are gone far, far away on holiday, so we wanted to celebrate before the break! So we, did and it was a blast, really. We invited loads of cute kids and played Singstar ’til our lungs collapsed! :laugh: Me and Phillip battled like our lives depended on it! Fun, fun, fun! Gifts: money, money, money. I got around 1050 kroner, which is abouuuut…*does the math* $170 bucks! Pretty nice, cause I’m broke and I needed it. So, THANKS KIDS; FOR FEEDING ME! Camille is very happy. Heh. Saved alot of it, though. Dunno where the rest is gonna go. Either gonna spend it in a record store or buy me some undies and bras. Lord knows mama needs some underwear! These past days have been pretty good. On Thursday we had a day off from school, so I went downtown to meet Therese, Silja and Birgitte and a couple of friends of Birgitte – Tine and Martin. Martin is the cutest little thing I ever saw! God, I think I’m in love…lol. Too bad he’s gay. And Tine, she was a bunch of fun! So it was a fun day. All we did was cruise the streets of Oslo, talking about nothing and everything. I love days like that.
Don’t really remember what I did on Friday, but on Saturday I went to a family dinner. :careface: Nice, but boring. I fell asleep, it was great. :blush:
Sunday was Jarle’s (my step-dad) birthday, so me, him and my mom went out for dinner and a movie. Almost like a date, haha. Okay, not funny. Anyway, the resturant was really fancy and I looked like shit..lol. :laugh: Well okay, not like shit, but I wasn’t all fancy like the restaurant was. It was an Asian restaurant, btw. I’m not a huge fan of Asion cuisine, but it was actually good! Had springrolls for starters, main course was lamb with rice and mantal (some kind of Asian bread-thingy..lol) and for desert I had deep-fried banana and pinapple with vanilla ice-cream and honey! It was devine. Haha. :blush:

Today I had an oral test exam. I was so nervous before I went in, you don’t even know… When I woke up this morning, I was debating with myself wether or not I should skip it. I’m glad I didn’t, cause it wasn’t really all that bad. I got a 5! Weird, cause I started working on what I was going to say last night, and I hardly slept… :confused: Thought it would go right down the drain, but it went surprisingly well! So YAY for me, I’m happy!
Speeking of grades: I got my grade back for that photography assignment we did a while back. I got a 4+, and I’m not happy with that grade AT ALL! I’m kinda pissed about it, but at the same time my happiness from yesterdays 6 I got for my homepage assignment and today’s 5 overshadows the pissedoffness. Hehe. I’m going to complain about it, though…cause I deserve at least a 5-! Bah.

Wow, we’re off from school ’til Tuesday. NEXT tuesday. Isn’t that just grrrreat? That’s a week off! For what? lol. I have no idea, but damn I ain’t even complaining! Awww, man… A whole week! Get chills just thinking about it. :blush:

2. CLICK! CLICK! CLICK! Made it today, for a school photography project. We all got the same song and were asked to take /make a picture that had something to do with the song. The song is by a norwegian guy (Odd Nordstoga) and is called ‘Orda du Gav Meg’ (translate: “the words you gave me”). It’s my handwriting that’s in the notebook, btw. “Jeg elsker deg” means “I love you”. :lovethought: Steal it and die.

3. Added three new pictures that I took today. Same notebook, same handwriting. Go LOOK!

Yesterday was Norways birthday! Like. Constitution Day, or soemthing. So, say congrats, kids! Yeash.
I spent yesterday acting like an idiot with a bunch of friends downtown. Haha. Hella fun! I really wanted to skip school today, but I didn’t. So I ended up wasting an x amout of hours doing shit (read: nothing), because none of our retarded teachers were at school. Welcome to my everyday life at school: No fucking teachers. I’m not going to complain about it…or wait: I am. It’s getting on my nerves. Nobody gets anything done without teachers there. I mean, how can they expect me to do shit (read: things) when they’re not around? What normal teenager is going to work and be a goody-good student when there is a lack of authority? Not me, anyways. So all I did at school was fuck around doing nothing. I had stuff to do, but I didn’t do it. Smart? Maybe not, but I don’t give a fcuk (read: fuck).

Happy news: I’M SO PSHYCED ABOUT THE QUART FESTIVAL!!!! Ok, for you lame’os who don’t know what it is, it’s Norways biggest musicfestival. Just like Roskilde in Denmark, just not as big.
Anyway, I’m going there with a bunch of kids to see my hero Kanye West, and after seeing a live session with him on MTV just now I’m as amped as ever! God, I can’t wait. Kanye is ILL live. And when I say ILL, I mean awesome, tight, fantastic, extraordinary, incredible, exellant, rad and so on. I get goosebumps every time I see him live on TV. He gives every preformance his all, his everything. His blood, sweat and tears. It’s amazing, I almost…cry. Haha. Sounds pathetic, but God it’s so true! So man, I can’t even begin to explain how excited I am to see him this summer! 47 days left and counting.

More happy news: I found an advertisment for the best job ever! At a record store! :cheer: I’ve been wanting to work at one for ages, and now I’m finally going to get a chance to apply. I’m even satisfied with that..lol. I love music so much and all my diverse knowledge about it may finally come to use for other things than BUZZ. :blush:

Looking for work is hard. I’ve sendt out at least 5-6 applications for various jobs – I’m praying to God I get one of them! I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired of not having money to spend on things I want. I want money to save, too (believe it or not). I do get a state scholarship every month, but that’s not hardly enough. But without it I would diiiiie, so thank you STATE! I think everyday this week I’ve been on the Net hunting for a job! Every single day. That goes to show how desperate I am. Gah. I despise it when I find a job that seems fun, and the stupid people only want you to be 18 or over. No wait, you know what’s worse? The 17 and over. That’s just retarded! And I turn 17 in like…weeks. I’ve mostly applied for jobs that are retail related, cause the discount is fucking tempting..hehe. Employee discount = the sexxx! So, as for retail – I ain’t applying at no crappy store that sell whack clothes. Haha. I’m cool like that. I can’t wait to get a job, though. Making my own money. Yummeh. :blush:

Other than looking for work, I’ve of course been busy with school and all it’s lovely whatevers. School sucks so bad right now, it hurts my gutts. I got one of my midterms back (maths) and I got a 2. 1 being the worst, 6 being the best. So, I’m fucked basically. When it comes to math, anyway. Honestly, I just don’t care anymore. Math can go fuck itself. I don’t like it!
On Tuesday we have a test about the wonderful world sound. Yes. It’s as interesting and fun as it sounds. Sound is one of the most boring subjects I have, but it’s better than math, so I’m not going to complain about it. Which reminds me that after I post this shit, I gotta go study some more for it… I’m really keen on doing good on this test, I even diteched my friends for it earlier today. So it better be worth it. :duhh:

Site news: Um, none. No updates…yet. Don’t think I’m going to do anything major to it, except change the layout.
